Explore how to eat and fast for metabolic health. The benefits of fasting will surprise you! Dive into the newest science of nutrient cycling coupled with the age-old transformative power of yoga for greater clarity and vitality.

Yogis and Yoginis have fasted and consumed a moderate, nutritious diet for centuries to keep the fire inside burning strong. Medical science is now also recognizing the numerous biological benefits of nutrient cycling (a.k.a. intermittent fasting). Coupled with a consistent yoga practice and pranayama, bodies become brighter, stronger, healthier, clearer and literally transformed from the inside out.
