We are proud to offer another year of Yoga for a Cause! Steve will introduce the basics of Tai Chi/Qigong.  Yang Tai Chi and Qigong are ideal for people with range of motion, or mobility limitations or for those looking for stress reduction/relaxation.  No prior experience is necessary open for all levels.
