Tween Yoga Sept_Oct 2025 (Ages 9-12)

Tween Yoga is a 5-week series created for ages 9–12, blending yoga practice with mindfulness tools to support this unique stage of growth.


In each class, tweens will build strength, flexibility, and balance through accessible yoga sequences while also practicing focus and stress-relief techniques. Beyond the mat, they’ll discover how yoga can help manage school pressures, big feelings, and growing independence with more clarity and confidence.


This program encourages tweens to express themselves, connect with peers, and learn lifelong skills for resilience and self-care, all in a safe, welcoming space where they can truly be themselves.

Welcome to Kids Yoga, a 5-week journey designed especially for children ages 5–8. This class blends imagination, movement, and fun to introduce kids to yoga in a playful way.


Through animal-inspired poses, creative games, and short mindfulness activities, kids will explore balance, strength, and flexibility while also learning how to pause, breathe, and calm their minds. Each class nurtures self-expression and builds confidence in a supportive, joyful community.


Your child will leave with new tools for focus and calm that they can use at school, at home, and in everyday life, plus plenty of smiles and giggles from exploring yoga with friends!

Gentle Yoga & Dreamers Circle Two Week Workshop

Join us this summer for an enchanting journey of self-discovery and inner exploration...  Be guided towards a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you through yoga and dreamwork!

We will discuss tips and techniques for remembering and interpreting dreams, and you will learn how to maximize the insights your dreams offer.

Experience the wonder of a modern Dream Helpers Ceremony, a ritual that can be found in various cultures and traditions throughout history, where collective dreaming is a powerful tool for cultivating community and bringing forth wisdom and guidance from "The Great Beyond."

The workshop will conclude with a soothing practice of gentle yoga, designed to rejuvenate your body, calm the mind, and prepare you for a restful nights sleep. You will learn breathwork and poses that can be used as part of a relaxing bedtime ritual for yourself or shared with a loved one. 


To create an intimate atmosphere and allow ample time for group discussion, space is limited to 9 participants.  This is a TWO-part workshop Saturday, October 25th & November 01st

Fasting Yoga & Science: Fall 2025 TRAVEL Lean-n-Light 5 Day Immersion

What is it? A 5-day mini dive into the latest longevity research, using a micro cycle of eating less, yoga and breathwork, transitioning to eating nutrient-dense foods, and a more rigorous yoga practice.

Who is it for? Those interested in learning and applying current science-based research to increase health span by manipulating periods of low to no calorie intake (therapeutic fasting) to reset the system and progress to higher nutrient-dense intake.  

What's different? A multi-dimensional exploration designed to learn and launch a personalized longevity plan of calorie restriction to turn on healing mechanisms (fasting) followed by calorie expenditure and growth (feasting).

How it works: 3 days eating less (fasting), 2 days fueling for growth (feasting), 6-7:30 am daily yoga with breathwork progressing into more strength-focused practice on Day 4 and Day 5. Listen and learn from Lifespan podcast series and other experts throughout the week for brief morning discussions.

Poetry & Poses Night

Then gather in a circle to share a favorite poem with others. Bring a poem you have written or one written by someone else. Dress comfortably.

Rest and Renew: A Sound Meditation Journey

Join us for a deeply restorative sound meditation workshop designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and invite a sense of balance within.

Using the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and other harmonious instruments, this experience guides you into a state of deep rest where your nervous system can reset and your body can unwind.

This workshop is suitable for everyone — no experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. Simply come as you are, lie back comfortably, and allow the vibrations to wash over you, bringing a sense of peace and inner calm.

We’ll provide yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters to support your comfort, but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel extra cozy and at ease during your experience. You might consider:

  • A small pillow or neck support

  • An eye pillow or eye mask

  • Layers of comfortable clothing (your body temperature may shift during deep rest)

  • Your favorite blanket or wrap

News Year's Day Yoga & Burning Bowl 2026

New Year's Eve Yoga & Burning Bowl Ceremony: Align with Your Purpose in 2026

Start 2026 with clarity, intention, and a sense of renewal. Join us on New Year’s Day for a transformative experience that weaves together the grounding power of yoga with the meaningful symbolism of a Burning Bowl Ceremony.

We’ll begin with a slow, intentional yoga flow designed to help you release physical tension and reconnect to your breath. This mindful movement sets the stage for deeper reflection and intention-setting. Following practice, you’ll be guided through meditation and journaling using a custom workbook to explore what you’re ready to release and what you hope to cultivate in the year ahead.

Our closing ritual, the Burning Bowl Ceremony, offers a sacred space to let go. In a circle of community, you’ll symbolically release what no longer serves you by offering it to the fire. As your written words transform to ash, so too can the old patterns, doubts, or fears you’re ready to leave behind.

Each participant will receive energetic tools to take home as a tangible reminder of their commitment to personal growth and transformation.
