Vibrational Bliss Sound Meditation April 2025

Dates: Sunday, April 06, 2025

Create a comfortable rest nest and settle in for a sound concert.  A gong, crystal bowls, chimes, and a rainstick will be played to soothe the body and mind.  With these inviting sounds and healing vibrations, the body drops out of stress response and into a deep relaxation where the mind, emotions, and energy naturally harmonize to restore feelings of well-being.  After the sound experience has ceased, the vibrations continue to resonate energetically creating shifts and changes in consciousness.

Props, Modifications, and Adjustments

Do you like yoga but your knees don't agree with you? Do you think you should love child pose but it never feels quite right? Are you just curious if you're doing Warrior pose the "right" way? Bring your questions and curiosities to this workshop where we'll dive into various ways to enhance your practice with props (blocks, straps, blankets, etc) and modifications, as well as advice on how to adjust your poses so they feel right in your body. This is a chance to find ways to make yoga more accessible to you, go deeper in your understanding of the postures, and maybe even take your yoga practice to the next level.
