A One-Day Getaway with Crofton Yoga & Wellness

A Journey Through the Senses at Lavender Lane Farm

Crofton Yoga & Wellness is bringing its heart-centered, community-rooted yoga experience to the peaceful fields of Lavender Lane Farm for our first-ever one-day retreat.

For years, Crofton Yoga has supported students on their wellness journey through classes, workshops, and special events—and now, we’re taking that same care and connection outside the studio for a full-day reset in nature.

Whether you’re a longtime member of our studio or a first-time guest, this day is for you.

What’s Included:

Led by Crofton Yoga owner and seasoned teacher Kim Murphy (E-RYT500, C-IAYT, YACEP), this retreat is intentionally crafted to engage your senses, restore your energy, and give you space to breathe.

·  A gentle, grounding yoga practice among the lavender

·  Guided meditation and breath work to calm the mind

· Make your own “Stress Away” spray and sugar scrub

·  Quiet reflection & journaling time

·  Light snack in the morning + water available all-day

·  Take-home goody bag to extend the experience

This retreat is designed to help you pause, reconnect, and re-center—offering a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, creativity, and community.

What to Know:

·  Participants are responsible for their transportation to the farm.  The farm is located approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Crofton Yoga & Wellness.

·  Rain date Sunday, June 22nd

The Early Bird registration for this intimate, full-sensory experience ends May 21st and spots are limited—reserve your space and give yourself a day to breathe deeply, move gently, and reconnect with what matters.

If you are purchasing a space for yourself and a guest, you must fill out the name and email address under the "Who will attend?" section of the checkout to guarantee them a space in the workshop.

Kimberly Murphy

Kimberly Murphy E-RYT500, C-IAYT, YACEP.   Yoga is more than a practice or a class for Kim, it is a way of life.  Spend any length of time around Kim and her three passions in life will become readily apparent, fitness, yoga and helping people.  Like many people, Kim began her yoga journey in a yoga class after suffering from bouts of depression most of her life. It did not take many classes for Kim to realize that when yoga was part of her everyday routine she was able to see things in a positive way and as a result had more energy, felt alive and was able to face whatever challenge life brought her.

Kim’s passion for knowledge and helping others led her to teaching, but she will always be her first student. A continual student of Yoganand Michael Carroll, she is certified at the 200-hr level with Kripalu & Pranakriya Yoga and the 300-hr through the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts (PKSYHA) , as well as being certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, a Thai yoga therapist and a Reflexologist.  Her passion for working with beginners has led her to become a Director of the Pranakriya 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Program and she is training to lead the Meditation and Theory and Teaching program which is part of the 300-hour level certification with the PKSYHA.   Kim is Leadership and Intensive certified in Y12SR Yoga for 12 Step Recovery and believes that yoga can heal the body from the inside out and is a necessary component of healthy living.
