Master Your Movement

Workshop 4: Breathe Better. Move Easier.

Discover how your breath can help you move with greater ease, balance, and confidence!

In this 90-minute experiential workshop, explore how breathing, mindful movement, Tai Chi, and Qigong work together to support stability, coordination, and mobility. Learn how to use your breath to release unnecessary tension, improve body awareness, and create smoother, more connected movement.

Whether you're looking to improve balance, support healthy aging, or simply move with less effort, you'll leave with practical techniques you can use in everyday life.

No previous Tai Chi or Qigong experience necessary. All levels welcome!
