Let your child step into a world where imagination grows, movement inspires, and mindful moments shape lifelong confidence. Our Yoga & Art Camp invites children ages 5–12 to embark on a week-long adventure filled with creativity, connection, and joyful self-discovery.

Each day blends the calming principles of yoga with the magic of artistic expression. Through movement, breath work, journaling, and hands-on creativity, campers learn to tune into their bodies, express their ideas, and build meaningful friendships. This holistic experience nurtures the whole child mind, body, and spirit.

More than a traditional camp, Yoga & Art Camp plants seeds of mindfulness that campers will carry with them long after the week ends. Children learn tools for emotional awareness, confidence, and connection all wrapped in a playful, supportive environment designed just for them.

Campers Will Enjoy:

  • Kid-friendly yoga sessions filled with stories, games, and movement to spark joy and encourage healthy self-awareness
  • Creative arts and crafts projects that allow children to express themselves visually while developing fine motor skills
  • Reflective journaling practices that support mindfulness, emotional exploration, and thoughtful self-expression
  • Collaborative activities and group play that foster teamwork, friendships, and a strong sense of community

Every moment of this camp is thoughtfully crafted to balance creativity, movement, and mindful exploration.

Give your child the gift of a week filled with laughter, learning, creativity, and calm.
Join us for Yoga & Art Camp where curiosity is nurtured, confidence blossoms, and memories last a lifetime.

Missy, RYT-500, first began teaching yoga to children and then quickly wanted to share the benefits and calming effects of it to adults as well. This inspired her to complete the Avalon 200 Hour Teacher Training in 2011 and the 300-hour Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts training in 2021. She also trained through Radiant Child to teach yoga to children and is working toward completing the Pranakriya Kid’s Yoga training. Missy completed the RYCT designation. In 2017, she trained with Dr. Fishman and Ellen Saltsonstall and received a certificate to teach Yoga for Osteoporosis. Missy is an Accessible Yoga Ambassador and welcomes everyone into her classes. She brings a nurturing style to her classes and builds a safe environment for all students to grow in their practices and receive the many benefits of yoga. She enjoys working with students of all ages!

I have been an early childhood educator for the last 19 years. Seeing the benefits of yoga for myself, started me on a journey to bring yoga to the classroom. Over the years, I’ve attended trainings through Yoga Kids and Radiant Child Yoga. I’ve taught children’s yoga classes and family yoga classes at several yoga studios in the Baltimore area. As well, as co-creating an after-school Yoga Club at the elementary school where I teach kindergarten. Through yoga and art, children are not only better able to relax and listen to their inner voice, but also able to focus and think more clearly when making life’s many choices. I believe in educating the whole child and promoting peace for the future generations to come.
