This moderate-paced Vinyasa class invites practitioners to explore the dynamic connection between movement, breath, and alignment. Focusing on both strength and balance, each flow encourages the cultivation of physical and mental resilience. As you move with intention through carefully sequenced postures, you’ll deepen your awareness, building a sense of balance that extends off the mat and into everyday life. With a focus on mindful transitions and breath awareness, you’ll leave the practice feeling grounded, empowered, and more equipped to handle life’s challenges with ease.



Jaysah Davidson

Jaysah Davidson is a Registered Nurse, Wholistic Food Chef, and Coach, bringing a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her yoga teaching practice. After a fulfilling career shift into nursing and watching her children grow, Jaysah is now dedicated to sharing the profound benefits of yoga with her community.

Jaysah's journey into yoga includes rigorous training from esteemed instructors. She completed her first Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Veda del Sol in Duck, NC, under the guidance of Charlee Ulmer and Olivia Lifsey. Her commitment to deepening her understanding led her to pursue further training in the Pranakriya lineage at Crofton Yoga Studio with Kim Murphy. Additionally, Jaysah holds a certificate in Ayurvedic Health Coaching from Shakti School with Kati Silcox.

Through her diverse experiences and comprehensive training, Jaysah firmly believes that yoga is accessible to everyone, irrespective of age, race, or gender. She emphasizes a personalized approach to yoga, tailoring each practice to individual bodies and needs. Inspired by the inclusive and supportive environment of yoga studios, Jaysah is passionate about creating a similar nurturing space for her students.
