Experience the healing benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong in a supportive, chair-based practice designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and create a sense of ease throughout the body.

This gentle class uses slow, flowing movements coordinated with breath and awareness to support joint health, circulation, balance, and nervous system regulation. Movements are primarily seated, with an emphasis on smooth transitions, relaxed posture, and mindful attention, making the practice accessible for all abilities, including those managing chronic pain, limited mobility, or recovering from injury.

No prior experience is needed.
