Have you been curious about Tai Chi?

More people are discovering the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong for better balance, mobility, stress relief, healthy aging, and moving through life with greater confidence. At Crofton Yoga & Wellness, we believe the true value of Tai Chi isn't found in memorizing movements. It's found in understanding your body.

We're excited to introduce Master Your Movement, a new series of beginner-friendly workshops that explore the timeless principles of Tai Chi and Qigong.

Our journey begins with Walking with Awareness.

Before learning forms or choreography, we'll explore the foundation of every Tai Chi practice: How you stand. How you breathe. How you shift your weight. How you walk. When you understand these simple principles, everyday movement becomes more balanced, intentional, and effortless.

During this welcoming 90-minute workshop, you'll experience:

• Beginner-friendly Tai Chi Walking

• Foundational Qigong

• Better balance, posture, and mobility

• Breath practices to calm the nervous system

No experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn.

If you are inviting a guest, you must fill out the name and email address under the "Who will attend?" section of the checkout to guarantee them a space in the workshop.
