Join us for this all levels Yang Tai Chi/Qigong class.   Yang Tai Chi and Qigong are ideal for people with range of motion, or mobility limitations, or for those looking for stress reduction/relaxation. This class will primarily focus on the health and wellness aspect of Tai Chi and Qigong. Participants will be expected to turn cameras on in order for the teacher to help with the form.
