The Art of Receiving A Restorative Experience

120 Minutes | Limited to 6 Participants

Step away from the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in an experience designed to support deep rest and relaxation.

This intimate 120-minute experience combines restorative yoga with carefully selected wellness modalities, including aromatherapy, Reiki, reflexology, and ear seed therapy. Participants will be comfortably supported in restorative postures throughout the session, allowing the body and mind an opportunity to slow down, soften, and receive.

The experience is intentionally small, allowing for individualized attention and a peaceful, nurturing environment.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All props are provided.

Please Note: Participants should be comfortable lying on the floor in supported restorative postures for the duration of the experience. Reflexology may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, have active foot injuries, open wounds, certain circulatory conditions, or acute medical concerns. If you have questions about whether this experience is right for you, please contact the studio before registering.

Space is limited to six participants. Advance registration is required.

If you are inviting a guest, you must fill out the name and email address under the "Who will attend?" section of the checkout to guarantee them a space in the workshop.
