Take a seat, stretch, and settle in for an evening of gentle movement and meaningful conversation. Each month, we’ll begin with a soothing chair yoga session to relax the body and open the mind, followed by a guided group discussion centered on that month’s theme. No prior reading or yoga experience is required. Come as you are and engage at your own pace.

Whether you join us for one evening or commit to the full year-long journey, you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and connected both inwardly and within our yoga community.

Tai Chi Balance

Better balance doesn't come from trying harder. It begins with your connection to the ground.

In this 90-minute experiential workshop, explore how Tai Chi, Qigong, hip mobility, foot awareness, and mindful movement can help improve balance, stability, coordination, posture, and confidence. Learn to release unnecessary tension, open the hips, connect the feet to the rest of the body, and discover how greater stability can require less effort, not more.

Ideal for anyone interested in better balance, functional mobility, body awareness, fall prevention, and healthy aging. No Tai Chi or Qigong experience is necessary.

News Year's Day Yoga & Burning Bowl 2027

Dates: Friday, January 01, 2027
Location: Crofton Yoga

New Year's Eve Yoga & Burning Bowl Ceremony: Align with Your Purpose in 2027

Start 2027 with clarity, intention, and a sense of renewal. Join us on New Year’s Day for a transformative experience that weaves together the grounding power of yoga with the meaningful symbolism of a Burning Bowl Ceremony.

We’ll begin with a slow, intentional yoga flow designed to help you release physical tension and reconnect to your breath. This mindful movement sets the stage for deeper reflection and intention-setting. Following practice, you’ll be guided through meditation and journaling using a custom workbook to explore what you’re ready to release and what you hope to cultivate in the year ahead.

Our closing ritual, the Burning Bowl Ceremony, offers a sacred space to let go. In a circle of community, you’ll symbolically release what no longer serves you by offering it to the fire. As your written words transform to ash, so too can the old patterns, doubts, or fears you’re ready to leave behind.

Each participant will receive energetic tools to take home as a tangible reminder of their commitment to personal growth and transformation.
