Bria Charlei Baylor

Bria’s first introduction to yoga was through an Instagram post in 2012. With confidence from lifting regularly and a life of sports, she was assured that she could easily access the pose she saw. When the asana humbled her, she was determined to achieve it. In the process, she fell in love with the practice. It became a staple in her life, helping her maintain mental and emotional well-being, deepening her flexibility and mobility, and assisting her resilience post-surgery.

Bria earned both her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga training through Spiritual Essence Yoga and Wellness Center (SEY). Additionally, she earned her Trauma Conscious Yoga certification from the Trauma Conscious Yoga Institute. She looks forward to providing students with diverse yoga flow opportunities and embracing their anatomy as they deepen their connection with themselves on and off the mat. Bria is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation with her community and encourages folks to give it a try. There’s a style that appeals to everyone!
