Restorative Yoga

Slow down. Rest deeply. Restore completely.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, Restorative Yoga offers permission to simply be.

This gentle practice uses blankets, bolsters, blocks, and other supportive props to comfortably support your body in a series of restful postures held for several minutes at a time. With the body fully supported, muscles soften, breathing becomes easier, and the nervous system has an opportunity to shift from "doing" into deep restoration.

There is no stretching to your edge and no effort to keep up. Instead, you'll be guided to settle into stillness, allowing your body and mind the space they need to recover from the demands of everyday life.

Restorative Yoga may help:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Improve sleep quality
  • Ease physical tension
  • Support recovery from illness, injury, or fatigue
  • Calm the nervous system
  • Increase overall feelings of well-being

This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, physically tired, or simply craving a quieter practice, Restorative Yoga provides a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling rested, nourished, and renewed.
