Gentle Meditative Yoga

Learn More

If you feel like you need to step away from everything and take a moment to recenter or need some self-care/love, then this will be the right class for you.  This call fuses Pranakriya's signature practice, the meditative (longer holds), with gentle stretches to foster self-awareness of the physical and spiritual.

The focus of this class is to provide beginners as well as advanced practitioners with a deep internal experience that promotes calmness, balance, and rejuvenation for body, mind, and spirit. Using different pranayamas (breath-work) to promote the slowing down of the body and mind.

Instructions, adjustments, and modifications will be woven in throughout the practice to allow students to meet their needs in the present moment.  The class will be concluded with an extended guided final relaxation.

Stretch and Strengthen

Learn More

Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this class offers a gentle yet effective way to increase flexibility, build strength, improve posture and balance, and invite greater ease into both body and mind.

You’ll be guided through full-body stretching sequences with special attention to common areas of tension, such as the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, and hamstrings. Expect joint-freeing movements, detoxifying twists, and passive poses that use gravity to help release deeply held tightness. Restorative postures may be included to support deeper relaxation, opening, and healing.

To build strength, we incorporate pose holds, gentle repetition, and mindful movement that lifts the body up and out of gravity. Breathwork and relaxation techniques are woven throughout to support your nervous and endocrine systems, helping you feel balanced, calm, and energized.

Each class concludes with a guided relaxation, leaving you refreshed and restored.

Yoga Nidra with Gentle Stretch

Learn More

Mid Week Reset!   Experience Full-Body Relaxation. Feel Peaceful & Refreshed!
As the pace of life seems to increase exponentially, the timeless practice of Yoga Nidra has come to the foreground as an effective tool for living with greater health and ease.
Yoga Nidra literally means "yogic sleep." Studies have shown that although the mind remains conscious during the practice, the levels of relaxation and healing achievable during Yoga Nidra are deeper even than regular sleep.

If you suffer from hypertension, stress, diabetes, migraine, asthma, ulcers, digestive disorders, skin diseases, depression or insomnia, the practice of Yoga Nidra can benefit you!
*Decrease stress
*Improve digestion
*Ease muscular, emotional & mental tension
This class will begin with gentle yoga practice to warm and relax the body. Then you'll lie back on your mat to be guided systematically through increasingly deep levels of physical relaxation. As all tension leaves the body, the subconscious layers of the mind also begin to open. The techniques employed during Yoga Nidra such as visualization and sensory awareness enable you to bypass the conscious mind and enter a pre-dream state, which is the birthplace of your own creativity. It is in the subconscious is where real and lasting changes begin!
Absolutely NO yoga or meditation experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing for gentle movements to prepare for this guided experience.
